I think the University has bought this package, and students can use it via the myMQ portal. One of the apps is Google Docs (http://docs.google.com), which I find really useful. I think it fits the definition of "Web 2.0", because it allows collaborative sharing and editing of documents. I gave a presentation about Google Docs to Information Access last week, and they thought it looked like something they could use. If we were to include this in our list of Web 2.0 tools that we introduce staff to, I think this is something that a lot of them could immediately see how they could use it at work (or also maybe at home).
