It's important to resarch the technologies available to you and creatively use the technologies to better serve the needs of your users by providing simple access to what they want, when they want it and how they want it.
while we are exploring these tools, we are also looking for how these tools are relevant to everyone's work and how we get benefits from them. It will require creative thinking and understanding our users and ourselves as users.
