Interesting article. I especially like this quote- 'Staff have a responsibility to their employers to do their jobs to the best of their ability, and this includes learning new skills and techniques. Most Web 2.0 resources are not difficult to learn - quite the opposite in fact - they are designed to be simple to use.' Obviously some staff will think our 2.0 training is pointless or not for them, and it struck me as a convincing reply. The article raises a lot of good points.
