The first is Doodle - a site where you set up a poll with alternative timeslots for a meeting, or something else that requires a consensus, and people choose their preferred option. Saves on having emails flying around with people giving their preferences.
The second one is Teamwork Project Management - an online project management tool. You can use it to assign tasks to people, set deadlines, and receive status reports. I haven't used Microsoft Project, but I guess it does a similar thing, except that it's web-based. Once we've got a timeframe for our training sessions, maybe it could be used to plan the roll-out.
