I've used videos from Common Craft in some of the seminars I've given to staff in Information Access. The videos are only three minutes long, but they manage to explain technology, including a range of Web 2.0 tools/technologies in an easy-to-understand way.
I think they could be useful for the training sessions we're going to run for Library staff - either showing them in the sessions or including them on our wiki/handouts/intranet site for staff to look at if they wish.

Cool! Looks like there might be some interesting stuff there. Maybe it could be used in conjunction with the manuals at face to face training sessions.
